Job summary

Laker Vent Engineering is seeking experienced Pipefitters to join the HPC project at Hinkley Point C. The role focuses on installation and testing of stainless and carbon steel piping systems, delivering work to QAQC standards.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 3, CCNSG safety passport (desirable), and proven regulated-industry experience. Security vetting is required; initial mobilisations may occur in Ayrshire, with transfer to HPC on vetting completion.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3/Level 3 Trade Apprenticeship required (or equivalent).
• CCNSG Safety Passport desirable (training can be provided).
• Proven experience in a similar role within a highly regulated industry.
• Security clearance/vetting will be required.

Responsibilities

• Install and test stainless steel and carbon steel piping systems to QAQC standards.
• Carry out work to high standards in line with technical specifications.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure safe and compliant project delivery.
