We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Instrument Pipe Fitters to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic company working on exciting projects in various sectors, with a focus on delivering precision and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems for instruments, valves, and other components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure correct pipe fabrication and installation.
  • Perform the installation of instrument tubing, pipework, and associated components to meet operational and safety requirements.
  • Test and inspection of piping systems for leaks, pressure levels, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Work closely with the instrumentation team to ensure the proper integration of pipework with electrical and control systems.
  • Ensure all pipe fitting work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, workmanship, and safety while on-site.
  • Assist with the commissioning and decommissioning of equipment and systems.
  • Support the completion of maintenance and repair works as required.

Key Requirements:

  • A Valid ECS trade card
  • A valid CCNSG National Safety Passport
  • Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds Level 3 in Instrumentation or Pipe Fitting (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as an Instrument Pipe Fitter or in a similar mechanical/technical role within the Industrial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of instrument piping systems, fittings, and assembly techniques.
  • Experience in working with a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, copper, and plastic piping.
  • Familiarity with instrumentation and control systems, including flow, pressure, and
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Understanding of health and safety practices, with a commitment to safe working procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
