Dalkia Engineering boasts a team of high skilled and technicalmechanical and electrical installation professionals. We are currentlyseeking a skilled and motivated Instrument Pipe Fittersto join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunityto be part of a dynamic company working on exciting projects invarious sectors, with a focus on delivering precision and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems forinstruments, valves, and other components as per engineering drawingsand specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings andschematics to ensure correct pipe fabrication and installation.
  • Perform the installation of instrument tubing, pipework, andassociated components to meet operational and safety requirements.
  • Test and inspection of piping systems for leaks, pressurelevels, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Work closely with the instrumentation team to ensure theproper integration of pipework with electrical and control systems.
  • Ensure all pipe fitting work is carried out in compliancewith health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintainhigh standards of quality, workmanship, and safety while on-site.
  • Assist with the commissioning and decommissioning ofequipment and systems.
  • Support the completion of maintenanceand repair works as required.

KeyRequirements:

  • A Valid ECS trade card
  • Avalid CCNSG National Safety Passport
  • Relevant qualificationssuch as City & Guilds Level 3 in Instrumentation or Pipe Fitting (orequivalent).
  • Proven experience as an Instrument Pipe Fitteror in a similar mechanical/technical role within the Industrialsector.
  • Strong knowledge of instrument piping systems,fittings, and assembly techniques.
  • Experience in working witha wide range of materials, including stainless steel, copper, andplastic piping.
  • Familiarity with instrumentation and controlsystems, including flow, pressure, and
  • Excellent attention todetail with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Understanding of health andsafety practices, with a commitment to safe working procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability towork independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
