Time Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for pipefitters to work for our well-established client that offers M+E services across the UK. Our client is a leader in their field and offers opportunities for pipefitters to continue their development. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining piping systems for industrial, commercial, and residential projects. Previous experience working on radiators and with screwed copper is essential for this role. Relevant qualifications must be obtained before the role commences, and an enhanced DBS check will need to be completed before 1st September due to site location. Duties include:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
  • Inspecting and testing piping systems for leaks and durability
  • Working in industrial and commercial environments
  • Working with screwed copper
  • Performing general maintenance and repairs
  • Collaborating with other trades staff
  • Welding, brazing, soldering, or gluing pipe joints using appropriate methods and materials
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site

The successful candidate must:

  • Have relevant qualifications in plumbing and pipefitting
  • Be an effective communicator
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Have a relevant work history working on similar projects
