Job summary

Network Plus Group seeks dedicated Pipe Lining Operatives/charge hands and foremen for nationwide trenchless rehabilitation projects across wastewater and industrial infrastructure. You’ll support CIPP, liner inversion, and UV/water curing systems while rotating with mobile teams to regional sites.

The role emphasizes physical fitness, problem solving, and a team‑first attitude. Required CSCS and willingness to travel with weekly away‑from‑home shifts; HGV license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in trenchless pipe lining or drain rehabilitation is desirable.
• Valid UK Driving Licence (C1, Trailer/BE, or Class 2 HGV is an advantage).
• CSCS Card is essential; EUSR Water Hygiene and Confined Space tickets preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationally and stay away from home during weekly shifts.
• Strong mechanical problem‑solving and team‑first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pipe lining equipment and curing units.
• Prepare sites with cleaning, CCTV survey assists, and robotic cutting.
• Perform resin wet‑outs, liner inversions, and curing processes.
• Travel to regional and national sites with a mobile crew.
• Uphold strict safety standards in confined spaces and site compliance.

We are seeking dedicated, hands‑on Pipe Lining Operatives/ charge hands and foremen to join our site crews delivering specialised trenchless pipe rehabilitation projects nationwide. Working across wastewater, and industrial infrastructure, you will support the installation of CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe), pressure main liners, slip-lining, and specialised UV/ water curing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pipe lining equipment, high‑pressure water jetters, winches, inversion drums, sluices and curing units.
• Perform pre‑lining site preparation, pipe cleaning, CCTV survey assists, and robotic cutting/preparing.
• Execute resin wet‑outs, liner inversions, pull‑ins, and curing processes.
• Work as part of a mobile team travelling to regional and national sites, completing works safely within planned windows.
• Maintain strict safety standards in confined spaces, working within environmental and site compliance guidelines.
