Network Plus is seeking dedicated Pipe Lining Operatives to join our site crews on permanent contracts across nationwide projects. You’ll work on CIPP, liner installation, and UV curing processes, travelling to regional and national sites while maintaining safety and quality on every job.

Ideal candidates have trenchless lining experience, CSCS, and willingness to stay away from home during weekly shifts, with a strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork mindset.

Qualificações

• Experience in trenchless pipe lining or drain rehabilitation is highly desirable.
• Valid UK Driving Licence; C1/Trailer or Class 2 HGV is advantageous.
• CSCS Card required; EUSR Water Hygiene and Confined Space certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationally and stay away from home during weekly shifts.
• Strong physical fitness and practical mechanical problem-solving ability.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain pipe lining equipment and associated tools.
• Perform pre-lining site prep, pipe cleaning, CCTV support, and robotic cutting.
• Execute resin wet-outs, liner inversions, pull-ins and curing processes.
• Travel with mobile crews to regional and national sites and perform work safely.
• Uphold strict safety standards in confined spaces and comply with environmental rules.

Description

We are seeking dedicated, hands-on Pipe Lining Operatives/ charge hands and foremen to join our site crews delivering specialised trenchless pipe rehabilitation projects nationwide. Working across wastewater, and industrial infrastructure, you will support the installation of CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe), pressure main liners, slip-lining, and specialised UV/ water curing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pipe lining equipment, high-pressure water jetters, winches, inversion drums, sluices and curing units.
• Perform pre-lining site preparation, pipe cleaning, CCTV survey assists, and robotic cutting/preparing.
• Execute resin wet-outs, liner inversions, pull-ins, and curing processes.
• Work as part of a mobile team travelling to regional and national sites, completing works safely within planned windows.
• Maintain strict safety standards in confined spaces, working within environmental and site compliance guidelines.

Experience and Qualifications

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Direct experience in trenchless pipe lining, drain rehabilitation or groundworks is highly desirable.
• Driving: Valid UK Driving License (C1, Trailer / BE, or Class 2 HGV license is an advantage).
• Certifications: Valid CSCS Card (Essential). EUSR Water Hygiene, Confined Space (Medium/High Risk), and NRSWA tickets are preferred.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel nationally and stay away from home during operational weekly shifts.
• Aptitude: Strong physical fitness, practical mechanical problem-solving skills, and a reliable team-first attitude.
