Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source is seeking a Pipe Fitter / Welder for a 3-4 month contract in Slough, Berkshire. You will primarily fit pipework for an energy centre, using carbon steel, with welding on Stick and TIG processes. The role requires a CSCS card and hands-on welding and installation work.

The position runs Monday to Friday with extended hours: 60 hours/week plus 7 hours Saturday. Start date ASAP with an online induction. This is a contract-based, on-site role in Slough.

Qualifications

• Welder with pipefitting experience.
• CSCS card required for site access.
• Experience with carbon steel and comfort with stick/TIG welding.

Responsibilities

• Install pipework for an energy centre.
• Work with carbon steel piping.
• Perform pipefitting tasks across the site (approx. 75%).
• Carry out stick and TIG welding tasks (approx. 25%).
