Job summary

A civil engineering firm in London is seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter for immediate start work near Kings Cross Station. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of mechanical systems and commercial pipe fitting experience, along with the required JIB/CSCS certification. This position offers roughly 6 months of work at a negotiable rate of £23-£25 per hour. Local candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical systems is essential.
• Must have commercial pipe fitting experience.
• Certification or qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain pipe systems in plant rooms.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations.
• Work effectively in a team setting.

Straight-Line Civils are currently looking for an experienced Pipe Fitter to start on site in London, near Kings Cross Station.

The ideal Mechanical Fitter:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools and equipment
• Commercial pipe fitting experience (plant room and de-carbonisation)
• Relevant certification or qualification - JIB/CSCS card
• Full PPE
• Local or within commuting distance to London (WC1X postcode).

Start - Immediate start

Roughly 6 months work + (ongoing work)

Rate negotiable / dependent on experience ( 23-25/hour)
