Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking a Pipe Fitter in the Cleckheaton area to progress into a Compressor Service Engineer role. You will install, commission and service industrial air compressors, pipework, and related equipment on-site, with opportunities to train into a focused compressor service role.

The role offers a permanent position, overtime after 40 hours, a company vehicle for personal use, and additional benefits such as uniform, mobile phone and a company pension scheme.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience as a pipe fitter, compressor engineer or similar servicing/repair role
• Relevant mechanical qualification to City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
• Full UK driving license

We a looking for a Pipe Fitter, HVAC Engineer, Compressor Engineer, Plumber etc to train up into a Compressor Service Engineer role in Cleckheaton.

This role is working for a well respected, supportive company that have seen great success over the years.

Duties of the Pipe Fitter opportunity

• Installation & commissioning of industrial air compressors, pipework and equipment.
• Servicing of all types - screw type, hydrovane & reciprocating and ancillary equipment such as dryers and filtration etc.
• Attending on-site breakdowns and carrying out repairs both mechanically and electrically.
• Workshop overhauls and refurbishment of industrial air compressors.

We would welcome people to apply for the pipe fitter role that role have:

• Relevant mechanical qualification to at least City & Guilds Level 3.
• 2 years' experience as a pipe fitter, compressor engineer or a similar, servicing or repair role.
• Enthusiasm to learn and train into a new role
• Be physically fit, with plenty of energy.
• Full UK driving license
• Be confident with customers and be able to discuss problems at all levels.
