About the role
As an Occupational Therapist Functional Assessor at Maximus, you'll use your clinical expertise to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. You’ll work on complex cases involving physical and mental health conditions and chronic pain disorders, while your compassion and experience helps customers move forward with their lives.
The role can be both challenging and rewarding, which is why we provide a tailored training programme to help you thrive. You'll begin with 6 weeks of training before assessing customers and have ongoing support and mentorship in your role with us.
