Job summary

Mondelēz International in the UK seeks an RDQ specialist to lead experimental trials and deployment across pilot plants, factories and supplier sites. You will apply operational expertise in process unit operations and help drive design, productivity and knowledge assets.

You will work in a hybrid model, spending time in production areas and collaborating with senior colleagues to solve problems, develop processes and ensure quality and safety across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Process development ideally with experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
• Working with teams and independently with guidance from more senior team members.
• Proactively identifying problems and assisting in creating and implementing solutions.
• Applying a technical understanding of equipment and ingredients in support of the process development agenda.
• Labs/plant equipment operation/maintenance experience is an advantage.
• Consumer-centric mindset and technical rigor.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for seamless implementation of process trials in pilot plant, factories and with suppliers.
• Create technical reports interpreting results, drawing conclusions and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate process specifications and contribute to IP assets.
• Support trial activities: weighing, material additions, manual activities and operation of low complexity equipment.
• Support Food Safety & Quality, GMP adherence, labelling, environmental monitoring and compliance programs.
• Support Health & Safety through action completion and 5S/continuous improvement.
