Job summary

Isleworth Golf & Country Club seeks a motivated, knowledgeable Pilates Reformer Trainer on a 1099 contract to join our Fitness team. Lead private Reformer sessions tailored to individual goals, design engaging programs, assess progress, and guide clients toward improved strength, mobility, and balance in a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate holds a current Pilates Reformer certification, CPR/AED, and has experience teaching clients across diverse fitness levels.

Qualifications

• Current Pilates Reformer certification from a recognized program.
• Experience teaching private Pilates Reformer sessions preferred.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Experience with varied fitness levels and populations.
• Strong knowledge of movement mechanics, anatomy, and exercise modifications.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with members and encourage long-term retention.
• Provide a professional, personalized member experience.
• Collaborate with the Fitness Director to uphold Isleworth's standards and culture.
• Follow all club policies and studio procedures.

Isleworth Golf & Country Club is seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and professional 1099 Contracted Pilates Reformer Trainer to join our Fitness team.

This position is ideal for a Pilates trainer who is passionate about movement, client education, and providing a personalized, high-quality Pilates experience. The successful candidate will be committed to helping members improve strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and overall movement through safe and effective Reformer-based programming.
