Job summary

Isleworth Golf & Country Club is seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and professional 1099 Contracted Personal Trainer to join our Fitness & Spa team. The ideal candidate will deliver private one-on-one training, build welcoming member experiences, and design personalized programs to help Isleworth members reach their goals.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, tracking progress, and collaborating with the Fitness Director to maintain Isleworth standards.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification from NASM, ACE, ISSA or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Experience with a variety of fitness levels and populations.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, movement mechanics, and program design.
• Professional, punctual, dependable, and client-focused.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a welcoming and positive experience for Isleworth Members.

• Provide private one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual client goals.
• Design safe, effective, and engaging workout programs.
• Conduct client assessments and establish training plans.
• Track progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Educate clients on technique, movement mechanics, and injury prevention.
• Provide exercise modifications and progressions as needed.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage long-term retention.
• Maintain a clean, organized training environment.
• Deliver a professional, personalized member experience.
• Collaborate with the Fitness Director to uphold Isleworth's standards and culture.
• Follow club policies and training procedures.
