Job summary

Club Pilates Fulham is seeking a Sales Advisor to help grow membership and bookings for the studio. You will assist the General Manager with new member acquisitions and existing member retention, with Pilates knowledge preferred but not required.

The role emphasizes excellent sales and customer service, with opportunities to advance to higher sales and management positions within the studio network. Must be able to stand or sit long hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve memberships, retail, and training sales.
• Must be fluent in English with strong in-person, phone, and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process from lead generation to close.
• Conduct tours and assess individual needs to tailor offers.
• Maintain personal sales production to meet monthly quotas.
• Promote Club services to current and prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve targets.
• Participate in events to raise club awareness.
• Develop selling skills and take on other duties as assigned.
