Job Description
As an Equinox Pilates Instructor, you will develop personalized programs, conduct assessments, instruct various session types, and collaborate across departments. Your role is to maximize both your and your clients' potential, with opportunities for growth and leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Develop safe, comprehensive Pilates training programs tailored to clients' goals.
2. Conduct initial assessments and goal-setting sessions.
3. Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
4. Build your client base through our member network.
5. Manage administrative tasks related to client management.
6. Collaborate with other departments for a holistic member experience.
7. Provide excellent customer service.
8. Maintain consistent client activity to achieve results.
9. Participate in ongoing training.
10. Keep studio and equipment clean.
11. Build your business with flexible hours (10-40 hours).

Qualifications

1. Completion from a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification on all Pilates apparatus.
2. At least 400 hours of Pilates education through a recognized certification.
3. Valid certification documentation.
4. Exceptional customer service skills.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, sitting, walking, squatting, bending, reaching.
• Pushing, pulling, spotting, and correcting clients during sessions.
