Agricultural Recruitment Specialists is assisting a pig farming business in East Yorkshire to recruit a Fieldsperson. The role covers day-to-day care of pigs, health and welfare monitoring, feeding, bedding and general livestock duties on a modern farm.

You will join a supportive farm team focusing on welfare and biosecurity. Ideal candidates have pig or livestock experience, a practical, hands-on approach, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualificações

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent relevant qualification.
• Right to work in the UK or valid visa.
• Experience with pigs or livestock.
• Practical hands-on approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day care and management of pigs.
• Monitor animal health and welfare.
• Feed, bedding and general livestock duties.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and biosecurity.
• Operate agricultural machinery when required.
• Report issues with livestock, buildings or equipment.
• Support the wider farm team in day-to-day operations.
