Chase de Vere, part of the Swiss Life Group, seeks a PICOP Administrator to deliver comprehensive administrative support to PICOP Advisers and clients. This role requires empathy, attention to detail and a proactive approach to handling complex personal injury and court of protection cases.

You will manage diary tasks, liaise with clients and solicitors, and prepare relevant documentation and reports while supporting a busy advisory team.

Formación

• A-Level standard or equivalent is essential.
• Experience in an administration role, preferably in Financial Services.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end administrative support to PICOP Adviser.
• Liaise with clients and solicitors to ensure Trust documentation is issued.
• Prepare quotations, illustrations, valuations and client reports.
