About the role

This is a Part Time Role working 7.5 hours on a Sunday*

You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store, so no two days will be the same. Whether it’s filling shelves, serving on the tills, managing stock levels, or picking deliveries, the opportunities are endless. Everything you do matters in ensuring our customers receive everything they came for, served quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Responsible for accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, and advising the Manager of any discrepancies.

Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.

Providing high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.

Polite interactions with delivery staff and appropriate responses to queries and complaints, referring complex issues to suitable personnel.
