About the role

*This role is part time for 20 hours per week*

Overtime opportunities also available.

Within this role, you will have the opportunity as a permanent team member to join our delivery team as a Van driver, with duties including picking for the delivery team and supporting the delivery operation to achieve first-class customer service.

You will need a full driving license to be considered for this role.

Our drivers are vital to our business, ensuring customers receive their deliveries on time with excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting discrepancies to the manager.
• Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging for delivery readiness.
• Providing excellent customer service during deliveries, handling queries and complaints politely, and referring complex issues appropriately.
• Loading stock into the vehicle and unloading at customer premises, completing paperwork accurately.

• Full driving license.
