Within this role, you will have the opportunity as a permanent team member to join our delivery team.

You will join the business as a Van driver with duties including picking for the delivery team, supporting the delivery operation to achieve first-class customer service.

A full driving license is required to be considered for this role.

Our drivers are the heart of our business, playing a vital role in ensuring customers receive their deliveries on time with excellent service.

Responsibilities include the accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, and informing the manager of any discrepancies.

Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.

Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.

Delivering goods with professionalism and politeness, responding to queries and complaints appropriately, and escalating complex issues when necessary.

Loading stock into the vehicle at the branch and unloading at customer premises, with accurate completion of paperwork.

Key qualities include a can-do attitude, a passion for customer service, willingness to go the extra mile, punctuality, and proper presentation.

Full driving license required.
