About the role

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to join our delivery team as a permanent member.

You will join as a Van Driver with duties including picking for the delivery team and supporting the delivery operation to achieve excellent customer service.

A full driving license is required.

Our drivers are vital to our business, ensuring timely deliveries and great service for customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and informing the manager of any discrepancies.
• Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
• Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
• Delivering goods to customers politely, handling queries and complaints appropriately, and escalating complex issues.
• Loading stock into the vehicle at the branch and unloading at customer premises, completing paperwork accurately.
