Within this role, you will have the opportunity as a permanent team member to join our delivery team.
You will join the business as a Van driver with duties including picking for the delivery team, supporting the delivery operation to achieve first-class customer service.
You must have a full driving license to be considered for this role.
Our drivers are the heart of our business, playing a vital role in ensuring customers receive their deliveries on time with excellent service.
Responsibilities include the accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, and informing the manager of any discrepancies.
Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
Providing high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
Delivering goods to customers politely, responding to queries and complaints appropriately, and referring complex issues to the appropriate person.
You will load stock into the vehicle at the branch and unload at customer premises, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.
Required qualities include a can-do attitude, passion for customer service, willingness to go the extra mile, punctuality, proper presentation, and a full driving license.
