About the role

This role offers the chance to become a permanent member of our delivery team as a Van Driver.

Your duties will include supporting the delivery operation to achieve first-class customer service, which involves picking orders and supporting deliveries.

A full driving license is required to be considered.

Our drivers are essential to our business, ensuring timely deliveries and excellent service.

You will be responsible for

Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting any discrepancies to the manager.

Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging robustness for delivery readiness.

Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.

Delivering goods to customers in a polite and professional manner, handling queries and complaints appropriately, and escalating complex issues.

Loading stock into the vehicle and unloading at customer premises, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.
