About The Role

As a permanent member of our delivery team, you will have the opportunity to work as a Van driver with a mix of duties, including picking for the delivery team and supporting the delivery operation to achieve first-class customer service.

You must have a full driving license to be considered for this role.

Our drivers are vital to our business, ensuring customers receive their deliveries on time with excellent service.

Main Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the accurate picking and dispatch of goods, using a handheld terminal, and reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
2. Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging robustness in preparation for delivery.
3. Providing high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
4. Delivering goods to customers politely, responding to queries and complaints appropriately, and escalating complex issues.
5. Loading stock into the vehicle at the branch and unloading at customer premises, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.
