You will join the business as a picker, supporting the delivery operation in achieving first-class customer service.
You will need a full driving license to be considered.
We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
Responsibilities include the accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, checking quality and shelf life, ensuring packaging is robust for delivery, and providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
You should be polite when dealing with delivery staff, respond appropriately to queries and complaints, and refer complex situations to someone who can help.
There may be occasions where you need to provide cover for van drivers.
Key qualities include a can-do attitude, a passion for customer service, willingness to go the extra mile, punctuality, and proper presentation.
Full driving license is required.
