About the role

This position offers a permanent opportunity to join our delivery team as a Van Driver.

Your duties will include supporting the delivery operation and ensuring excellent customer service.

A full driving license is required.

Our drivers are essential to our business, ensuring timely deliveries and high service standards.

You will be responsible for

Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal and reporting any discrepancies to the manager.

Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging to ensure readiness for delivery.

Providing excellent customer service by delivering goods efficiently and to targets.

Polite interaction with customers and delivery staff, handling queries and complaints appropriately, and escalating complex issues.

Loading stock into the vehicle at the branch and unloading at customer premises, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.

You will need
