About the role

This is a Part-Time Role

You will ensure customer needs are exceeded by working across various store areas, including filling shelves, serving at tills, stock management, and picking deliveries. Your focus will be on providing quick, efficient service to ensure customers get everything they need.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, reporting discrepancies.
• Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging for delivery readiness.
• Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently.
• Polite communication with delivery staff and handling queries or complaints appropriately.
