Job description

You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store, so no two days will be the same. Whether it’s filling shelves, serving on the tills, managing stock levels, or picking deliveries, the opportunities are endless, but every task matters — ensuring our customers receive everything they came for, served quickly and efficiently.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
  2. Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
  3. Processing deliveries efficiently and to target, providing high standards of customer service.
  4. Dealing politely with delivery staff, responding appropriately to queries and complaints, and referring complex issues to the appropriate person.
  5. Working to meet designated pick rates with a positive attitude.
  6. Being punctual, well-presented, and reliable.
