Soraya Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for Recycling Pickers in the CV6 area. Immediate starts available on a busy recycling site.

Roles involve 45 paid hours per week with AM and PM shifts; flexibility is essential as permanent shift confirmation occurs after your first shift. Pay rates are £12.71 per hour before 6:00 PM and £13.71 per hour after 6:00 PM, with rolled-up holiday pay at £14.25 before 6:00 PM and £15.36 after 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Basic English communication skills.
• Previous experience in recycling, warehouse, or picking preferred.
• Reliable, hardworking and available to start immediately.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Pick items on a busy recycling site according to order priorities.
• Assist with loading, unloading and moving materials as required.
• Maintain safe working practices and report any issues to supervisors.

We're Hiring - Recycling Pickers | CV6 | Immediate Starts

We're looking for reliable Recycling Pickers to join a busy recycling site in the CV6 area, with immediate starts available.

Shifts:

• AM Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• PM Shift: 2:00 PM - Midnight
• Monday to Friday

Please note: Applicants must be fully flexible to work both AM and PM shifts. Your permanent shift will not be confirmed until after your first shift, so flexibility is essential.

Pay Rates:

PAYE:

• £12.71 per hour (before 6:00 PM)
• £13.71 per hour (after 6:00 PM)

Rolled-Up Holiday Pay:

• £14.25 per hour (before 6:00 PM)
• £15.36 per hour (after 6:00 PM)

Hours:
