About The Role

You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store, so no two days will be the same. Responsibilities include filling shelves, serving on the tills, managing stock levels, and picking deliveries. Your efforts will help ensure customers receive everything they need quickly and efficiently.

We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accurate picking and dispatching of goods using a handheld terminal, and informing the manager of any discrepancies.
• Checking product quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
• Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
• Polite interaction with delivery staff, responding appropriately to queries and complaints, and referring complex issues to a supervisor.

You will need

• A positive attitude and comfort working to meet pick rate targets.
• A passion for customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Reliability, punctuality, and proper presentation.
