As a Warehouse Operative for Ocado Logistics, you are at the heart of preparing orders for customers. Join our warehouse in Andover where you'll be working in a state-of-the-art facility preparing orders for customers.

We have a variety of areas and shift options available, allowing you to plan your work-life balance with our core roster. You will receive your work pattern 6 - 13 weeks in advance, giving you plenty of time to plan with family and friends. You will be required to work in both Ambient and chill areas (-5℃).

We have roles available in the following areas:

1. Despatch - 07:00 - 17:00 Days or 21:00 - 07:00 Nights. Loading totes into frames and organizing totes for delivery. This is a physical role requiring the ability to lift heavy totes.
2. Pick - 05:00 - 15:00 Days or 19:00 - 05:00 Nights. Picking and packing customer orders, assisted by robots.
3. Inbound - 06:00 - 17:00 Days or 19:00 - 06:00 Nights. Receiving goods and preparing them for processing.
4. Freezer - 05:00 - 15:00 Days or 19:00 - 05:00 Nights. Picking and packing frozen items in temperatures up to -25℃, with full gear provided.

Shifts include days and nights, with details discussed during your application process.

What do you get in return?

Salary (from 31st March 2025):

• Starting rate - £12.21 per hour
• Night shift premium (10pm - 6am) - +£2.50 per hour
• Freezer Premium - +£0.80 per hour

Overtime paid at basic x 1.25. We also offer perks and benefits such as:
