Join Our Growing Fibre Specialist Team as a PIA Coordinator

Are you interested in becoming a vital part of a rapidly expanding team in the Fibre Specialist industry? We are currently recruiting for a PIA Coordinator to join our expanding operations department on a part-time basis. You will work alongside experienced Fibre Specialists exclusively within Aldershot.

Our company has over £200 million worth of investment and is strategically backed by London’s largest ISP, which boasts the capital's fastest alternative full fibre network. Since August 2021, our team has grown from 20 to over 130 employees!

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrator for Openreach Portal
  2. Raise Daily Whereabouts
  3. Upload photographic evidence to the Openreach portal
  4. Produce defect reports for build partners
  5. Manage Openreach duct and access pole maps
  6. Utilize Openreach Supplier portal
  7. Use Microsoft Office 365 suite
  8. Experience with QGIS is advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided

  • Salary up to £23,000 per annum
