Cape Clarke in Nottingham is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing team. You’ll handle a varied claimant EL/PL caseload, including accidents at work and public liability, predominantly Fast Track with some Multi-Track exposure.

The role offers a balanced workload, hybrid working (three days in the office, two from home), and clear opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• 1-5 years' PQE in claimant PI.
• Solid grounding in EL/PL PI litigation.
