Bailey Hunter is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join the Hartlepool team. You will manage a varied PI caseload, with a focus on Industrial Disease claims, and provide clients with practical, timely advice.

The role emphasizes handling cases from instruction to conclusion, meeting deadlines and delivering excellent client care within a supportive department.

Qualificações

• Experienced Personal Injury fee earner with strong written and oral advocacy.
• Industrial Disease claims experience is advantageous.
• Capable of managing a varied caseload from instruction to conclusion, with attention to deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Personal Injury and Industrial Disease cases from instruction through to conclusion.
• Provide clients with clear, practical and timely advice.
• Progress claims efficiently and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Manage portal and non-portal claims.
• Maintain accurate case records and meet deadlines.
• Utilize the firm’s case management system effectively.
• Deliver high standards of client care.
