William James Recruitment is representing a well-established law firm in Liverpool seeking an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to manage a varied caseload of litigated Fast Track claims. The role involves handling RTA and EL/PL matters, progressing files, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

You will work within a supportive PI team, ensuring compliance with CPR and court procedures, meeting deadlines, building client relationships, and taking advantage of a market-leading bonus scheme

Qualifications

• Experience managing RTA or EL/PL claims.
• Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules.
• Litigation experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of RTA and EL/PL Fast Track claims.
