MPJ Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Fee Earner for a hybrid role near Ellesmere Port. You will manage claimant PI files end-to-end, focusing on RTA and MOJ/OIC portals, while delivering excellent client service and progressing cases efficiently.

The caseload focuses on claimant PI matters with strong progression opportunities within a forward-thinking firm that prioritises development and support.

Qualifications

• Experienced in claimant personal injury litigation (qualification not essential).
• Background as a Litigator, Fee Earner, Litigation Executive, or Solicitor.
• Strong knowledge of the MOJ portal and claims process.
• Able to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, client-focused approach.
• Credit hire experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of claimant PI claims end-to-end.
• Progressing Fast Track cases in line with SLAs.
• Handling claims via the MOJ & OIC portals (Stages 1-3).
• Managing RTA and general personal injury matters.
• Delivering consistently high levels of client care.
• Maintaining accurate records across case management systems.
