Job summary

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales is seeking a Band 4 Physiotherapy Technical Instructor to join the Acute Medical Physiotherapy Team at Glan Clwyd Hospital. You will carry your own caseload with supervision, using skilled handling techniques to support rehabilitation and movement.

The role requires NVQ level 3 or equivalent with relevant therapy department experience. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care and rehabilitation

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent with relevant rehabilitation experience.
• Experience managing a personal caseload of patients under supervision.
• Experience using skilled handling techniques to facilitate movement and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the qualified physiotherapist in overall management of patient care.
• Manage own clinical caseload under supervision and follow therapeutic programmes.
• Work with carers and health staff to improve patient outcomes.
