Responsibilities

• Lead the physiotherapy team and oversee service delivery in a hospital setting.
• Coordinate training, audits, and PDRs; support the physiotherapy manager.
• Manage a caseload in both in-patient and out-patient settings.
• Ensure patient safety with risk assessments and manual handling.
• Plan staffing and allocate sessions to optimise patient flow and discharge.
