Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Physiotherapist to join Wingham Court Care Home in Claygate. You will deliver therapeutic care, evaluate progress, and maintain clinical records, while coordinating a rehabilitation team to support residents.

The role requires HCPC registration, a Physiotherapy degree, CSP membership, and experience with complex needs. The post involves 40 hours/week, 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday on-site with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
• Experience with clients with complex needs is preferred.
• Able to lead, mentor and supervise a team in a complex therapy setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic care management by delivering bespoke clinical programmes.

• Communicate effectively with residents, carers and staff.
• Complete admin duties such as maintaining clinical records and handling enquiries promptly.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

• Provide therapeutic care management for residents by delivering bespoke clinical management programmes

• Providing support and communication in an understandable way to residents, carers and other staff members
• Completing any admin duties such as maintaining clinical records and dealing with enquiries in a timely manner
• Delivering a reliable, co-ordinated rehabilitation physiotherapy team and service

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

• A naturally caring individual, who holds a degree in Physiotherapy, a HCPC Registration and a CSP membership
• Experience of working with clients with complex needs
• An effective communicator, with the ability to lead, mentor and supervise a team in a complex therapy setting, always looking to make a difference to people's lives
