HCA UK at The Princess Grace Hospital is seeking an experienced Lead Physiotherapist to oversee inpatient services, spanning orthopaedics, spinal surgery and ITU.

You will provide clinical leadership, supervise a team of 7, drive governance, audits and service improvements, and work with consultants and the multidisciplinary team.

Role: Physiotherapy Lead – InpatientsLocation: HCA UK at The Princess Grace HospitalHours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.Shifts: 5 x 7.5 hour shifts, 8.30 - 18.00Contract type: PermanentSalary: CompetitiveWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Physiotherapist to join our Inpatient Physiotherapy team at The Princess Grace Hospital.The team provides inpatient care across a range of specialties including orthopaedic and spinal surgeries and ITU.Working within our inpatient therapies department, you will provide clinical leadership across our Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services, a team of 7 permanent staff plus Bank. Working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team, you will help drive clinical excellence, service development and quality improvement initiatives.You will support and develop colleagues through clinical supervision, mentoring and education, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and evidence-based care across a broad range of inpatient specialities. As a senior clinician, you will lead on clinical governance activities including audit, outcome measurement and service improvement projects, while building strong relationships with consultants, referrers and key stakeholders.Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will manage a highly specialised caseload, using advanced clinical reasoning skills to assess, diagnose and treat complex patients, while providing clinical experience and support across intensive care and wards as required.
