East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Physiotherapy Assistant to join the Integrated Discharge Team at Conquest Hospital in East Sussex. You will work within the Physiotherapy department, supporting vascular outpatients and assisting with rehabilitation sessions under the supervision of Physiotherapists.

You will carry out data inputting, help order equipment via the Millbrook system, and participate in in-service training and supervision with your line manager, contributing to timely
