Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of rehabilitation programmes and walking aids; ability to teach safe use of aids.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients and assist in discharge planning.
• Work across wards including cardiology, renal, medical and elderly medicine.
• Collaborate with the Physiotherapy team and participate in in-service training.
