Job Description

Our client, an established independent Hearing Care practice, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Ear Care Practitioner to support clients with wax removal, hearing screenings, and ear health checks. The role involves providing exceptional client care and clinical excellence in ear health and hearing services.

They are open to candidates with healthcare backgrounds, including dentistry, and will provide full training. No prior experience in ear care is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client consultations professionally and courteously
  • Advise clients on ear health and hearing care
  • Ensure compliance with professional practice standards and protocols (e.g., HCPC, BSA, BAA, BSHAA)
  • Provide aftercare and follow-up support
  • Identify opportunities to improve clinic performance and client satisfaction
  • Take client history and background information
  • Perform minor hearing aid maintenance and repairs
  • Work independently with motivation
  • Support the team with additional duties as needed
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and reassuring manner
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to best practices
  • Certification in wax removal treatment (training provided)
  • Clinical background is desirable but not essential
Working Hours and Benefits

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional Saturdays.
