Job summary

ExtraCare Charitable Trust is seeking a dedicated Student Practice Facilitator Physiotherapist to lead an education project across Birmingham and Midlands. You will coordinate student placements, induction programs, and governance in collaboration with HEIs and practice educators.

The role requires Band 6 HCPC registration, driving licence, and ability to travel between locations. Hybrid working arrangements and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

Significant experience in coordinating HEI placements with students.
Experience in managing care for older people and developing treatment plans.
Familiarity with primary care pathways or referrals.

Responsibilities

Lead HEI placements and identify students for the project.
Create placement governance and induction materials for educators and students.
Develop educational resources and an evaluation tool for placements.
Maintain databases and reports on placement activity for HEIs and stakeholders.
Travel between ExtraCare locations to fulfill responsibilities.
