A regional healthcare provider is seeking a motivated Band 5 physiotherapist to join the dedicated team at Leighton Hospital. The role involves patient assessments across various rotations including orthopaedics and surgery, providing a robust support and training environment. We are looking for a motivated Band 5 physiotherapist to join our dedicated team at Leighton Hospital as part of the core rotations.
The rotations include Orthopaedics, Surgery, Medicine, Stroke, REACT, Rehabilitation, Paediatrics, and Musculoskeletal Outpatients.
We have a team of highly skilled physiotherapists and offer opportunities for education and development within each rotation. We provide a supportive induction, supervision, and preceptorship programme.
The candidate should have NHS experience, either as a student or qualified physiotherapist.
There will be a requirement to join the on-call rota once competencies are gained, with support from the senior Physiotherapy respiratory team.

Job Purpose:
To assess patients across various rotations, developing skills in a supportive environment. To work autonomously under the guidance of Clinical Specialist Physiotherapists, using clinical reasoning to interpret assessments, diagnose, set goals, and plan treatments.
