Introduction:

We are hiring a Physiotherapist (PT), based in the UK, motivated by delivering the best possible patient care. This PT will work remotely within the UK. If you'd like to be part of our journey, please apply.

What you'll be doing:

1. Provide 1-to-1 support to members via message-based chat and phone/video calls;
2. Apply our digital approach to surgical prehabilitation and management of patients with musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions;
3. Deliver group learning webinars online;
4. Moderate in-app peer groups;
5. Assist in the clinical validation of new therapeutic programs.

What you'll need to have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy;
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions;
• A passion for personalized care that considers the whole person and views health beyond just disease absence;
• Excellent interpersonal skills suitable for digital care settings, capable of engaging members;
• Ability to balance clinical duties with member empowerment, behavioral change, and motivational engagement;
• Hard-working with resilience in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong commitment to data security and privacy.

A plus if you have experience in:

• Additional formal pelvic health education, such as level 1 pelvic coursework (or equivalent);
• Delivering behavioral support (e.g., addiction support, weight loss).

Salary: £28,264 - £44,573 per year. Total compensation ranges from £28,364 to £44,573, with base salary from £27,584 to £43,346. Equity value per year: £781 - £1,227.
