How you will make an impact

Join our Rehab in the Home (RITH) team at Cabrini Health to provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in their homes. You will play a key role in facilitating the transition from acute care to the community and supporting patients in re-engaging with their lifestyle activities.

This is a part-time position (0.8 FTE / 30.4 hours per week) is on offer, with flexibility available.

Key responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based physiotherapy care and service development

Maintain a broad understanding of healthcare factors for improved service and health outcomes

Supervise student and junior Physiotherapists

Support senior staff with referral intake and triage

Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team

About you:

Our Cabrini staff in the Rehab in the Home (RITH) team work collaboratively with their multi-disciplinary team and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients. They are proactive, compassionate, and dedicated to improving patient outcomes. Training and support are provided to ensure their ongoing professional development and success in the role.

You will have:

A Physiotherapy degree as well as current registration with AHPRA

Strong clinical skills in orthopaedic and reconditioning patient management

Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team

Excellent communication skills and a compassionate patient bedside manner
