Job Description

Physiotherapist Functional Assessor - Kent

Are you a Physiotherapist looking for a company that shares your values? Join us as a Functional Assessor and enjoy a great work-life balance and a rewarding income, with a supportive team around you and a positive workplace culture. Starting at £39,500, you will receive annual salary reviews in line with your performance.

As an Advo Functional Assessor, your support structure will be made up of people who understand and know the role well. Advo is a healthcare organisation with clinicians in high management positions, shaping our ethos. With over 10 years of experience in government assessment services and a commitment to professional development, Advo is a leading provider and one of the best places to work as an assessor in the UK.

About the role

Play a crucial role in the functional and disability assessments process, impacting millions in the UK. As a Physiotherapist Functional Assessor, you will work autonomously to assess cases for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Work Capability Assessment (WCA) as part of DWP's HAAS. This involves consultations and writing fair, accurate reports.

You will only assess for PIP or WCA, not both. During your application, we will inform you which service you'll work on and discuss your training. Prior experience as a Functional Assessor is not required.

We support your career change with accredited training and dedicated support.
