An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapist to join Portsmouth Community rehabilitation Service. We are a vibrant, welcoming team with patient care at our core
You will work as part of an integrated health and social care team to provide a holistic assessment of patients' immediate and longer term needs as well as physiotherapy intervention to enable rehabilitation and reablement goals to be achieved.
As a service we are innovative, forward thinking and encourage staff engagement. You will have the opportunity to be involved in service / quality improvement and develop leadership skills as well as supervising rotational Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants and engage in student placement education.
Clinical support and supervision will be provided by a Senior Physiotherapist, as well as being supported by a large friendly department who continually strive for service improvement and the best possible outcomes for patients.
