Job summary

Circle Integrated Care Greenwich – part of Circle Health Group – is seeking a Physiotherapist to join their team on a bank basis. The role supports staffing during busy periods and cover for annual leave, with regular availability in Oct–Dec.

You will assess and treat a range of conditions, develop personalised plans, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care. HCPC registered CSP member with strong communication required.

Qualifications

• Qualified physiotherapist with HCPC registration and CSP membership.
• Demonstrated evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic or post-surgical conditions.
• Formulate individualised treatment plans based on findings and patient goals.
• Use therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes and patient education to promote recovery.
• Collaborate with consultants, nurses and other Allied Health Professionals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds and discharge planning.
• Refer to hydrotherapy, pain management or community rehabilitation when needed.
• Manage own caseload flexibly across inpatient/outpatient settings.

Physiotherapist (Bank) (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) – Circle Integrated Care Greenwich – Bank Shifts – Salary: Up to £22.00 per hour

Overview

We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.

This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

We are looking for someone who can work regular hours throughout the months of October, November and December.

Duties Of This Role Include

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, or post-surgical conditions (dependent on setting).
• Formulate individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Use a range of therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy, and patient education to promote recovery and prevent further injury or deterioration.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Refer patients to other services where required (e.g., hydrotherapy, pain management, or community rehabilitation).
• Manage your own caseload efficiently, working flexibly across inpatient and/or outpatient settings as required.

Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria

• BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification).
• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
• Strong understanding of clinical reasoning, assessment techniques, and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
